Our therapeutic massage work is a combination of classic Swedish massage and deep tissue work, mingled with some neuromuscular, trigger point and stretching techniques, to name a few. Swedish Work The basis of all Western forms of massage treatment. Swedish work brings increased circulation, improve tissue mobility and a relaxing to tight muscles. Deep Tissue Work Working directly with the deeper layers of the muscles improves muscle tone and connective tissue to release chronic tension from injuries or overuse.
